I sailed Seabourn Encore for eleven days in the Mediterranean and the crew remembered my coffee order by the second morning, which is the kind of thing that matters on a small ship. The suite was well laid out and the balcony was genuinely usable, though the main dining room felt cramped when the whole ship turned up at once. The Grill by Thomas Keller was the standout, and I would book it twice next time.
